Steve Case, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Steve is responsible for ensuring that iUnit’s developments provide a good value proposition for its tenants and its investors. Steve’s current focus is on assessing new investment opportunities and establishing the right relationships with capital partners. Over the course of his career, Steve has completed over $1 billion of real estate investments. Steve holds a B.S. from Pepperdine University.
